Prospector Ranch has been both a labor of love and dream come true for husband and wife team Chris Warme and Meggan Kimberley. 

Meggan was born and raised on a farm in Iowa and always longed to get back to the country life.  With over 25 years in the Entertainment business in International Sales and Marketing, she was ready for Prospector Ranch.  Chris is an Electrical Contractor here in Thousand Oaks and growing up on a ranch in Agoura Hills, owning the ranch was his dream too. Meggan established Prospector Ranch as a natural and rustic location for filming, photo shoots, small boutique events and weddings.
